FanHouse TV: Steve Phillips Talks Rays Moves
About a month ago, FanHouse TV's Steve Phillips outlined his plan for the Tampa Bay Rays offseason, and one strong suggestion he made was for them to sign Manny Ramirez. That idea became a reality on Friday as Ramirez, along with former Red Sox teammate Johnny Damon, is on his way to Tampa.
