Cam Ward Diving Save On Tim Brent

Cam Ward and the Carolina Hurricanes were on the losing end of a 3-0 decision in Toronto on Thursday night, but he was still able to make the play of the night when he robbed Maple Leafs forward Tim Brent early in the third period with an incredible diving save.

With the Leafs on an odd-man rush, Kris Versteeg completed a tic-tac-toe pass over to Brent, setting him up in a perfect position for what seemed to be a sure goal ... only to have Ward lunge across the goal line and make a desperation stop.
