DAVIES TO MISS COLORADO MATCH
After pulling out of Saturday morning's training session with a slight groin problem, D.C. United forward Charlie Davies did not make the plane to Colorado. While the strain is nothing serious, United's medical staff did not want to press the issue and Davies will use the extra time to prepare for next week's slate of matches with Philadelphia (U.S. Open Cup play-in game) and the Los Angeles Galaxy.
