Training notes: Black-and-Red turn attention to TFC

CASE OF THE MONDAYS

After three first team matches in seven days, and Reserve friendlies with the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia on Sunday, the Black-and-Red are taking time to recuperate on Monday. The players and coaches will get back to the grind on Tuesday morning with the week's first training session in preparation for a trip to Toronto FC's BMO Field.
